Your information, handled plainly.

When you use our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, business or organization, and the service you're interested in if you choose to include them.

When you schedule a strategy call, Calendly collects the details you enter on its booking page, such as your name, email address, and chosen time.

We use contact inquiries and appointment details to reply to you, prepare for and hold our conversation, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell your information.

We share information with these providers only so they can perform these services for us, or when required by law.

Our site uses a Google tag, which may set cookies or use similar technologies, to measure whether our ads lead to results. We count three kinds of results: a Contact form message that was successfully sent, a strategy call booking that Calendly confirms, and phone calls from eligible ad visitors.

These measurements tell Google that a result happened. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or message to Google as part of them. Google may still collect standard technical information, such as your device, browser, and IP address, under its own policies.

This measurement is currently turned off for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

If you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google may show you a Google forwarding number in place of our regular number. Calls to that number ring straight through to us. Google uses it to report details such as when the call happened, how long it lasted, and the caller's area code, so we know whether an ad led to a call.

This is call measurement, not call recording. We do not record calls through our website, and simply tapping a phone link is not counted as a call.

To keep the Contact form free of spam, our server checks submissions and briefly uses your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short period. These checks are temporary and are not used to identify you.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, and we rely on established providers to handle it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as it's useful for our conversation and working relationship, or as needed for business and legal purposes. Information held by Resend, Calendly, and Google is also subject to their own retention practices.

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us by contacting us below.
• You can manage personalized ads through Google Ad Settings.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this policy as our website or services change. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
